1. The promotion will run from 00:00 (CET) on 1st October, 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) on 31st January, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

3. By taking part in this promotion, player will agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions

4. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.

5. Players must:

• a. be over 18 years old;
• b. be a new player on KaloKalo;
• c. Make the Eligible Deposit within 24 (twenty four) hours, into their account following registration;

6. An Eligible Player must place deposit which complies with the following requirements:

• a. each deposit must be of a minimum of 10.00USDC (or equivalent)
• b. Only deposits made via crypto Binance Coin, Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum, DAI Stablecoin, Litecoin, Solana, TON, USDC (ERC‐20), USDT (BEP‐20 / ERC‐20 / SOL / TON/ TRC‐20) will be allowed

7. Eligible Players who place an Eligible Deposit will be entitled to 5USDC (as defined below).

9. The Eligible Player shall be entitled to a bonus equal to 5USDC which is applied to all games.

10. In order to withdraw the funds won using a Bonus, the Eligible Player must wager the relevant Eligible Deposit amount plus the total Bonus amount (5USDC) 50 times (50x) (“Wagering Requirements”) for each bonus.

11. Eligible Players must meet the Wagering Requirements for each Bonus within 7 (seven) days from the day that the bonus is credited to the Eligible Player’s account.

12. To withdraw the funds won using the Initial Deposit & First Bonus, the Eligible Player must meet the First Bonus Wagering Requirements within 7 days from the day the bonus is credited to their account. For Example: a player deposits USDC10.00 and gets 5USDC. Player needs to wager USDC750.00

USDC10+USDC5 (bonus value) multiplied by 50 within 7 days to be able to withdraw any winnings from the Free Spins.

13. If each set of Wagering Requirements are not met within the 7 (seven) day period, the Bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited and removed from the Eligible Player’s account.

14. Maximum bet size, at specific slots, might apply. No table games may be used to meet the wagering requirements.

17. The Wagering Requirements are as follows:

18. The Requirements must be fulfilled within 7 (seven) days (the “Time Limit”).

19. The Winnings shall be lost and removed from the Eligible Players’ accounts if the Wagering Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
