1. Introduction

  • Welcome to Kalo OAB B.V.  (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website  located at www.kalokalo.io  (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the permitted minimum gambling age in the jurisdiction you reside in),  to create an account and access our services. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with local laws regarding online gambling.
  • 2.2 Registration: As part of our onboarding process following the creation of an account, you may be required to provide certain information including but not limited to identification documentation,  to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide any requested personal information to confirm who you are, may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

  • 3.1 Creating an Account: You must register for an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.
  • 3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • 3.3 One Account Policy: You may only have one account. If we suspect you have created multiple accounts, we may suspend or terminate all accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • 4.1 Payment Methods: You can deposit funds into your account directly from your crypto wallet, using the  wallet address information provided on the ‘WALLET’ page.  For deposits using alternative payment methods,  available options are  specified on the Site. All transactions are subject to our verification process. For deposits using crypto, 
  • 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply, and will be stated on the Site.
  • 4.3 Withdrawal Process: Withdrawals are subject to a processing time and may require additional verification. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending verification of your identity or compliance with these Terms.
  • 4.4 Transaction Fees: You may incur fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • 5.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with its terms which will be as set out in our Promotions Page.
  • 5.2 Changes to Promotions: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonuses and promotions at any time without notice.

6. Game Rules

Where we determine, suspect and/or uncover any such prohibited activity taking place, your account will be closed and any funds held will be confiscated. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse payment and/or block any withdrawals from your account, should we suspect and.or uncover evidence of any form of prohibited activity conducted by you and/or others, via or through your account.

  • 9.1 No Liability for Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, KALO OAB B.V., its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.
  • 9.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
